Responsibilities

• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, home tours, and open houses.
• Provide feedback and communicate buyer preferences to the lead agent to facilitate the selection process.
• Ensure all property information is accessible to clients during showings.
• Maintain and manage client database and follow up with potential buyers in a timely manner.
• Support the lead agent in preparing and submitting offers and closing documents.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, sales, or related field is a plus
• Active real estate license in the state of Texas or willingness to obtain one before employment
• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or a similar customer service-oriented role
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
• Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable
