Job Title: Quality Engineer - FAI Reviewer Location: Windsor, CT 06095 Pay Rate: $29.00-39.00/hour, full time, direct job with full benefits. Area Code: 860, 203, 413 Shifts: 1st Direct Hire Full Time, Full Benefits #FAI #qualityengineering #aerospacejobs Great matching candidates will posses skills and experiences working with first article inspections & FAI report packages, ideally within the aerospace industry. You will also be a great teammate, have the ability to work independently, and be customer service focused. First Article Inspection Quality Engineer job duties:

• Review FAIR Packages in compliance with AS9100 requirements
• Record non-conformances into QCPC
• Upload approved packages to meet outlined delivery schedules

Qualifications:

• Two to five years of experience working with first article inspections and/or FAI report packages
• Must have an ability to read blueprints
• Familiarity with GD&T
• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• Due to the nature of our work, US citizens required

Desired but not required skills:

• Prior use of NX, Catia and/or TeamCenter
• Knowledge of Model Based Definition
• FAI certification
