Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Ocala, FL providing on-site primary care services to patients residing in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and private residences throughout Central and North Central Florida. This position focuses on proactive, preventive care to reduce hospitalizations and improve patients' quality of life.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000 annually
• Incentive Plan for exceeding base production numbers
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000
• Health Insurance (cost shared by employer and employee)
• Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance (paid by employee)
• Malpractice Insurance Provided
• PTO: 12 days per year
• Paid Holidays: 6 per year
• Retirement: SIMPLE IRA
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): $1,000 annually

  Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and collaborative support to Advanced Practice Providers
• Conduct weekly on-site visits to patients in various care settings
• Work closely with support staff to ensure timely and professional patient care
• Review Home Health and Hospice Care Plans
• Participate in virtual weekly provider meetings (via Teams)
• Meet performance standards for Medicare’s Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
• Document and bill progress notes for all patient encounters in E Clinical Works (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and practice policies
• Base production goal: 180 visits per week

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Experience in geriatric care, home health, or SNFs is a plus
• Strong documentation skills in E Clinical Works (ECW) preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
