Finance Hybrid Internship

Location: Hybrid (Remote and In-Office as needed)
Duration: 6 months
Time Commitment: Part-time (15-20 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students majoring in Finance and Accounting or a related field. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with our Finance team on tasks that directly impact the organization's operations and gain practical experience in their field of study.

This role is hybrid, with an expected 1-2 days per week in either in our San Francisco or Fort Lauderdale office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
• Help with compliance and auditing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (3rd or 4th-year students preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
