Full-Time Nanny – Boca Raton, FL – $58,240-$66,560+ Per Year

A warm and welcoming family in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their 10-month-old. The ideal candidate is nurturing, energetic, and experienced in caring for young children. The family values a long-term commitment and is looking for someone who will become an integral part of their household. Must be pet friendly, there is a dog at the home.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $28-$32 per hour ($58,240-$66,560+ annually)
• Start Date: Flexible, as the family is in the early stages of hiring
• Guaranteed hours every week
• Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays

Responsibilities:

• Providing engaging and attentive care for the child
• Managing daily routines, including playtime, meals, and naps (child is sleep-trained)
• Ensuring a safe environment at all times, especially with the pool in the backyard (must be a swimmer)
• Housekeeping support- help out with laundry, dishes, meal prep work and light cleaning around the house as needed.
• Collaborating with mom, who will be home for the first 4-5 months as she transitions back to work
• Being comfortable with an 8-year-old dog

Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator who can clearly understand and express needs
• A career nanny or someone with motherly instincts (previous candidates without children lacked this quality)
• Energetic, patient, and experienced in toddler care
• Dog-friendly and comfortable in a home with a small pet
• Up to date on vaccinations (TDap, COVID-19, Flu – required)
• Willing to travel with the family in the future (not a requirement at this time)
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE INFANT EXPERIENCE REFERENCE.
• Must have U.S. work authorization
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Additional Information:

• The family has deep cleaning completed once a week so will need someone to manage the upkeep for the rest of the week
• No driving responsibilities required
• Summer Schedule: The family will be traveling to the UK for two weeks (end of June – early July)
