About the Role As the Marketing Manager at sE Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and R&D, to further drive brand growth and market presence. How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy : you align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives with ease and you know how to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Campaign Managemen t: you strategize, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns while monitoring and analyzing their effectiveness.

• Content Creation and Management : you excel at creating and identifying appealing content and you have experience in supervising external designers and/or agencies to produce compelling marketing collateral and ensuring timely delivery.

• Product Launches : you coordinate successful launch campaigns for new products in close collaboration with our Product Development team.

• Partnership Development : you identify, cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships to continuously expand our market reach and enhance brand positioning.

• Budget Management : you plan and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.

• Event Coordination : you strategize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and dealer engagements to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities.

• Brand Management : you uphold our corporate identity and oversee brand messaging consistency across all channels.

About You 

You are an energetic and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in strategic marketing roles. You possess excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills, with a passion for music, the audio industry, and recording arts. You are highly motivated and well organized, and you don’t mind wearing “different hats” in your role. You enjoy occasional travel in the US as well as internationally to attend trade shows and other industry events. You are comfortable with working remotely. Ideally, you have a background in music or audio technology.
