At PDI Health, we provide mobile x-ray and ultrasound services on site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility. We provide services throughout the USA, currently servicing in NY, NJ, CT, RI, PA, MD, DE, VA, DC, MN, FL, OH with more to come! 

As a Recruiter , you’ll play a crucial role in helping us find top-notch medical professionals and support staff to deliver high-quality imaging services to our clients. Location: Onsite -  12 Spencer Street Fl.2, Brooklyn NY 11205

Responsibilities:

• Source and hire X-Ray, Ultrasound, and ECHO technologists along with office personnel and higher-level positions such as sales reps and regional managers.
• Optimizing Indeed campaigns.
• Develop recruitment strategies meant to assist the company in meeting its long-term objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment resources, professional associations, or other organizations that can assist PDI in an effort to create a continuous pipeline of employment candidates.  
• Establishes an ATS system, creates job description templates, and develops policies governing candidate screening, interview procedures, reference, and background screening as well as onboarding.  
• Source and manage advertising partner relationships and utilize social and professional networking sites for the development of recruitment strategies   
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).  
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and searches).  
• Research and choose job advertising options.  
• Manage new hire scheduling from interviewing to start date.   
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.  
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Knowledge and experience with up-to-date ATS 
• Hospital, Healthcare Organization, Staffing/Agency, or corporate recruiting background is a must.
• Outbound Sourcing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Associates Degree or higher
