Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Home Inspectors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating residential properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, schematics, and inspection protocols. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in providing clients with comprehensive reports on the condition of their homes, helping them make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including structural elements, systems, and components.
• Analyze findings and prepare detailed inspection reports that highlight any issues or areas of concern.
• Utilize schematics and construction site knowledge to assess compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Perform quality control checks during inspections to ensure that all aspects of the property meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and homeowners to discuss findings and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photographs and documentation of any identified issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in home inspection.

License, Certification and Experience

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. WE WILL TRAIN AND SPONSOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission), TPCL (Texas Pest Control License and TDLR Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations for Mold Assessment.
• Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Licensed as a Home Inspector or currently in school is preferred
• Experience in construction, handyman or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple inspection assignments efficiently.
