We are looking for resident manager to run our franchise motel. Manager must be able to use a computer, tend to guest needs and have a good understanding of brand standards, to keep the property in good standings with the Franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations, from front desk management to inventory control in a day to day capacity. Job Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manage the day-to-day activities of the hotel, including front desk operations and inventory control. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues that may arise. Maintain the property in proper and presentable condition. Address minor maintenance issues in guest room, such as replace light bulbs, program TV remotes, troubleshoot issues in the room. Salary While the salary for this position is competitive, the exact amount will be determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel management role (preferred) Proven track record in the hotel or restaurant industry. Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and inventory control. Valid work visa. Skills Sales: Ability to drive sales and increase hotel revenue. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Operations Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and improve hotel operations. Front Desk: Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations. Inventory Control: Experience with inventory control, with the ability to manage hotel supplies and assets effectively.
