Job Description

The HR Specialist is a detail-oriented and proactive team member responsible for supporting key human resources functions, and ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and efficiency in all HR processes. This role oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, facilitates new hire orientations, and assists in employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Specialist manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employment laws.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in talent acquisition, a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, and exceptional communication skills. A passion for employee engagement, process improvement, and fostering a strong company culture is essential.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
