Our HVAC technicians primarily work in residential settings, providing maintenance and repair services to both property management partners and homeowners. We’re committed to ensuring that every job is completed with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• - Perform HVAC repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Follow local safety codes and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Clearly communicate with the Superior team to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage job timelines and budgets, consistently maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a dependable, punctual attitude.
• Must have a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting HVAC equipment.
• Own tools and equipment necessary for HVAC work; must be able to work independently.
• Preferred: At least 5+ years of experience in HVAC or related trades.
• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with navigating online portals for job management.
• Living currently in the U.S
• General liability and Workers compensation insurance.
