As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature. You will engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by your style and service attributes.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing the delivery tray and room service cart with proper condiments, silverware, linens, glasses, utensils etc. and ensuring the order is complete prior to leaving the kitchen.
• Verifying the accuracy of the bill and presenting it to the guest to receive a signature upon food delivery.
• Run food to other outlets as needed.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of restaurant experience in Food & Beverage role
• In Room Dining experience preferred
• TABC and Food Handler's Certification a plus
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays with strong schedule flexibility to accommodate needs of the operation.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Must have flexibility with working AM and PM shifts
