As a local, independently owned business, we are responsible for our employee’s livelihoods. We take that responsibility very seriously. Employees are the most important part of how we are able to serve our customers. We often see venture capital firms rapidly buying independent companies like ours with the primary main focus of a monetary benefit for their investors – no matter the cost. They immediately eliminate jobs, sell buildings and reduce as much overhead as quickly as possible and then sell to the next investment company. 
We're currently hiring Insurance Agent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Energetic self-starter
• A desire to learn about independent business management
• A life and health insurance license are required but can be obtained during the onboarding process.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or marketing is a plus
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
• Self-starter with a high level of energy

• Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of running your own business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or marketing is beneficial
