Job Description



We are seeking an organized, creative, and dynamic Integrated Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the execution of brand marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the brand's overall objectives. The Integrated Brand Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and enhance member experiences.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and other channels.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Support the integration of various marketing efforts to deliver a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.

Content Development:

  • Work with creative teams, and provide feedback on content, visuals, copy, and video for campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice, guidelines, and marketing objectives.

Brand Strategy Support:

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with the brand's identity, values, and messaging.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign outcomes, including KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product marketing, sales, PR, and digital marketing to align brand messaging and campaign strategies.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the development of project timelines, deliverables, and workflow processes to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, social and PR teams to ensure consistency and timely execution of marketing assets.

Market Research:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research to improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building decks in Google Slides and working in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in content creation or design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.

Pay Transparency: $75,000 - $80,000
