Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity.

Need Bilingual Internal Medicine MD that speaks Mandarin and English.
To see patients in the clinic only.
No hospital work. 

$220,000 first year - negotiable.

The Bilingual Internal Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating in both Mandarin and English , ensuring effective care for our diverse patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and preventive care strategies.
• Perform routine wellness exams and screenings.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using [EMR system].
• Ensure culturally competent care for Mandarin-speaking patients by providing clear explanations and addressing language and cultural barriers.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Active medical license in New York or ability to obtain one.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient internal medicine settings is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
