Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst on a contract to hire basis!

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of Inventory Control that’s associated with Receiving of goods, Put-away, Replenishment and picking, Assembling, sorting and packing, Dispatching products, Cycle counting and physical inventories, etc.
• Implement and monitor all key functions related to inventory management to assure that they are accurate.
• Coordinate and monitor a cycle count program.
• Ensure that daily cycle counting is completed in accordance with CL and client guidelines.
• Coordinate the cycle count process and results to identify necessary recounts and processes to be monitored and provide regular reports on the results.
• Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures in an effort to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.
• Identify and correct discrepancies on items at the location level as needed.
• Reconcile all differences promptly to minimize impact to customer operations.
• Monitor all warehouse and store transfers and other transactions for accuracy.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in inventory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
