Tired of driving buyers around to 20 showings with no commitment? Ready to focus on real estate as a business — working with investors who buy over and over again?
Showcase Realty is looking for a motivated Investor-Focused Real Estate Agent ready to grow a high-volume, repeat business portfolio working directly with property investors, REO listings, and distressed assets. You’ll work under top-producing broker Nancy Braun, one of the leading REO and investment brokers in the region, who has sold 8,000+ investment units.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
• Work directly with active investors buying multiple properties per year
• Analyze deals using numbers, comps, and formulas such as ARV, ROI, and cap rate
• Present off-market and REO opportunities
• Become a trusted advisor to investor clients (not a tour guide)
• Build a repeat business, closing 10–20 properties per client per year
• Learn how to grow your own investment property portfolio along the way
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate • Real estate license (NC and/or SC)
• Interest or experience in the investor side of real estate
• Excel/spreadsheet skills (ability to work with ARV formulas & numbers)
• Comfortable speaking with investor buyers and institutions
• Motivated to build repeat income and grow long-term
• Coachable and eager to learn REO & foreclosure business
