Irrigation Manager | Commercial Division | Hogan Irrigation Lawn & Pest (Central Florida)

Experienced Irrigation professional with a passion for green turf, efficient systems, and leading teams.  Hogan Irrigation Lawn & Pest is actively seeking a hands-on Irrigation Manager to oversee and grow our Commercial Division. This is a field-working manager role —not a desk job.

🔧 Position Overview:

The Irrigation Manager will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day execution of all commercial irrigation operations. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of irrigation systems (both multi-wire and two-wire ) and is comfortable working in the field to diagnose, troubleshoot, inspect, and train team members. Some experience or understanding of lawn and pest management is a plus.

🌿 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead irrigation operations across multiple commercial properties

• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues efficiently

• Train, supervise, and mentor team members

• Ensure optimal turf health through smart water management

• Communicate daily with the owner, other division leads, and team members

• Conduct weekly inspections and uphold performance standards with descriptive reporting 

• Assist with budgeting, parts inventory, and client communication

• Collaborate with Lawn & Pest division on integrated turf care plans as well as maintenance teams

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on irrigation experience, preferably in a leadership role

• Proficient in two-wire and multi-wire systems

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Passion for healthy turf and sustainable irrigation practices

• Ability to manage multiple properties and crews

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a Strong plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Highly accountable, organized, and able to lead from the front
