**Responsibilities:**
+ Precision Craftsmanship: Install tiles, countertops, fireplaces, flooring with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and durability
+ Innovative Design Implementation: Work with custom designs, executing intricate layouts and patterns that align with client specifications
+ Material Selection and Preparation: Choose appropriate materials and prepare surfaces for tiling, guaranteeing optimal adhesion and longevity of the installations
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ Minimum years Exp as a Tile Setter professional
+ Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role in Custom Home environments
+ Expertise in various tiling techniques and materials
+ Strong eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating unique and beautiful tile installations
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
+ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
+ Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions
