Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated KYC Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing customer onboarding processes. Your expertise in banking and financial services will contribute to maintaining accurate and secure client records. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Manage and streamline customer onboarding processes in alignment with company policies and industry standards. - Assess and mitigate credit risk by analyzing customer profiles and transaction histories. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance anti-money laundering (AML) detection and prevention strategies. - Review and update client information to maintain accurate records and identify potential risks. - Utilize programming tools and environments to support compliance-related data analysis. - Provide insights and recommendations for improving KYC and AML processes. - Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure adherence across all operations. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. - Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and credit risk management principles. - Proficiency in programming tools and environments relevant to compliance tasks. - Familiarity with customer onboarding procedures and regulatory standards. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify risks and trends. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
