Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Field Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for landscaping, crew development, and high-quality service? We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Field Manager to take charge of daily field operations, crew oversight, and client satisfaction within our growing maintenance division.
This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in the field and knows how to keep teams moving, equipment running, and clients happy.
What You'll Do
Crew Leadership & Scheduling
- Assign daily tasks to LMA Maintenance direct reports
- Ensure all crews depart the yard efficiently each morning
- Review the current day’s schedule and assist with real-time adjustments
- Attend Morning Coordinator (MC) Handoffs to align on crew and client needs
- Monitor performance through LMN or equivalent software
Quality Control & Job Launch
- Lead Enhancement Crew Site Kickoffs with clear job expectations and safety guidance
- Conduct regular site audits for quality, safety, and contract compliance
- Implement coaching and corrections when standards are not met
Client Communication
- Serve as the in-field contact for assigned maintenance clients
- Conduct client walkthroughs and address service concerns professionally
- Identify enhancement opportunities in collaboration with sales and account managers
Training & Development
- Assign and track Greenius Training for all crew members
- Provide hands-on training in the field on horticulture, safety, and equipment
- Support onboarding and skill development for new hires
Field Operations Support
- Oversee tool and equipment readiness; report maintenance issues
- Manage materials, inventory, and site preparation needs
- Communicate daily updates to management on crew progress and challenges
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, crew performance, incidents, and client feedback
- Submit reports, photos, and documentation in line with company protocol
Winter Snow Removal Management
- Serve as Night Shift Snow Manager during winter operations
- Work closely with the Day Snow Manager to ensure 24/7 snow and ice management coverage
- Supervise and coordinate 5–10 specific Route Snow Captains during night operations
- Manage execution, timing, equipment readiness, and safety during night shifts
- Report snow event progress, route performance, and any emergencies to senior leadership

- Early morning starts and seasonal overtime as needed, including night shifts in winter

Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in landscape maintenance or related industry
- Strong horticulture and turf care knowledge
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with LMN or equivalent time/job tracking systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
