Job Description:

• The worker will also need to exhibit a high level of skill in data aggregation and analysis.
• This position requires strong SQL, PL/SQL and Stored Procedure skills.
• Work assignments follow a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process using an Agile-like approach for completing code changes for defined releases.
• This role works across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of created reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analysis involving all aspects of supporting, improving, and enhancing the database and reports for a large project.
• Devise approaches to solving complex problems, provide thought leadership, manage project scope, and provide ongoing updates on project status.
• Database and Jasper Reports Development
• Documentation
• SPEDS Project
• Dev/Unit Testing
• Participate in Agile development.

Skills Needed:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
8 Required Skill in designing, coding and supporting using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
8 Required Stored Procedures and functions Development
8 Required Unit Testing
8 Required Agile
5 Required Jasper Reports Development
3 Preferred Knowledge of JIRA/Bitbucket
