Job Overview:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our clients. You will use your expertise in clinical assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, and crisis intervention to help develop and implement effective treatment plans. This position requires an in-depth understanding of adult psychology, patient rights, and therapeutic practices, with a strong ability to analyze and respond to various mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments of patients, gathering relevant personal, family, social, employment, and medical history.
Develop individualized treatment and recovery plans for patients and their families.
Provide crisis intervention and case management, offering mental health services, treatment, referrals, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to review client progress, recommend treatment adjustments, and discuss clinical issues.
Create and implement group and individual treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and family challenges.
Regularly assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical case histories to document patient progress and inform diagnostic evaluations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited institution in marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, or counseling psychology (with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy).
Active, current state licensure in Georgia as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 Annually
