Maris Machine Operator- 3rd shift

Hours:

Sunday through Thursday

Shift:

3rd shift- 11pm-7am shift

Available Pay:

$17.05

Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arrives on time for assigned shift and receives direction from the team lead or supervisor for goals and production priorities for the day.
• Coordinates with previous shift operators, when possible, to discuss any quality and/or production issues.
• Required to complete training and run production machines and meet daily production output goals.
• Maintains individual safety and safety of the team to include the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, safe handling of materials and proper use of tools.
• Accurately reports daily production and scrap tickets to Lead and Supervisor when possible.
• Works directly Team Lead, Section Lead, or Supervisor and remains flexible to change gears at any given time based on production needs.
• Follows quality checks in accordance with quality policy.
• Maintains daily production rate of greater than 90%. 
• Enforces housekeeping standards/5S and ensures work centers and floors are clean of all debris.
• Encourages teamwork by example.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• One year of relatable mechanical experience

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions

• Basic mathematical skills

• Basic computer skills
