MSU Denver is excited to welcome a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead dynamic and innovative efforts in promoting the universitys online and hybrid programs and courses.
This position will play a pivotal role in the Office of Online Learning, creating and driving strategies to increase awareness and enrollment in MSU Denvers online and hybrid offerings. The Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee marketing strategy development, digital marketing campaigns, and an editorial calendar while fostering collaboration across academic departments and stakeholder groups. The role requires a forward-thinking, agile approach to engaging prospective students and stakeholders through compelling storytelling, visual media, and data-informed marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring strong digital marketing skills, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to experiment with emerging tools and trends, including generative AI and multimedia production. Reporting to the Executive Director of Online Learning, the Marketing & Communications Manager will be instrumental in energizing the universitys mission to provide accessible and impactful online and hybrid education.

Salary for Announcement
Under Colorado law, MSU Denver is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
The salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57,600 - $76,900.The full salary range is $57,600 - $96,200.
This position is paid monthly and is eligible for MSU Denver benefits.
