As a Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our success, supporting the marketing team and helping shape the digital presence of our properties.

We are welcoming a new Marketing Intern to the Kansas City team! This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and property operations. Join our collaborative team and help connect residents with their future homes through creative marketing strategies!

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Capture and produce high-quality apartment video walkthroughs and photo content that highlights the unique features of properties.

Edit video content for social media, websites, and advertising platforms using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.

Brainstorm and collaborate on creative content ideas to engage prospective and current residents.

Digital Content Management:

Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital content library, including videos, Matterports, photos, and other marketing assets.

Develop and upload virtual tours and promotional materials to showcase properties effectively across digital platforms.

Social Media and Campaign Support:

Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, stories, and videos tailored to target audiences.

Contribute to advertising campaigns by ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with branding goals.

Marketing Channel Optimization:

Audit and test marketing platforms, including websites and property listing sites, to ensure content displays accurately and optimally.

Performance Reporting:

Monitor and report the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including social media metrics, video engagement, and website traffic.

Event Support:

Assist with resident events, capturing content and ensuring an engaging experience that aligns with marketing goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other tasks to support the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Skills: Interest in real estate marketing, leasing, and digital content creation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in video editing tools, Canva, social media platforms, and/or WeChat (preferred). Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for providing an exceptional resident and prospect experience.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a criminal background investigation and drug screening before employment. Satisfactory responses to reference checks, proof of identity, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
