Our beauty industry client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team!
This is a full-time, direct hire position that is fully remote.
What You Need - At least 3 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, preferred beauty/skincare, hair, or DTC e-comm industry experience
- Experience with affiliate networks (ShareASale, CJ, Impact) and other influencer platforms/tools
- Contract negotiating and budget management experience for influencer campaigns
What You Will Be Doing - Work closely with marketing team to ideate and execute campaign strategies
- Develop creative briefs and oversee content deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging
- Identify and cultivate relationships with micro and macro influencers and content creators who resonate with the brand's target audience, diversifying campaigns, product launches, promotions, etc.
- Track, report, and provide insights on performance metrics (including ROI, CPA, and LTV)
- Strategize and make recommendations to improve campaign and initiative performances based on metrics reported
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns and initiatives competitive and innovative
