We are excited to welcome a new team member focused on processing medical bills. This role offers an hourly rate starting at $33.65, with opportunities for growth into a full-time position that includes paid sick leave and health benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process medical expense requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Assist Members through various communication channels—email, web chat, and phone—to resolve questions and provide top-notch support.
Collaborate with medical providers to gather necessary documentation, ensuring efficient processing.
Apply your knowledge of healthcare services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Members.
Work with team members to improve processes and develop creative solutions to enhance the Member experience.
Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when explaining healthcare-related topics in a clear and compassionate way.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, with experience in data entry and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Quick to adapt and learn new systems—experience with healthcare software is a plus!
A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with Members.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Qualifications:

GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Healthcare experience required (e.g., medical billing, healthcare administration, or patient services).
Experience in medical billing and coding is preferred.
