Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Meditech Financial Analyst to provide project management and oversight for the implementation of revenue cycle applications within a healthcare setting. This is a 12 month contract, remote with some travel onsite as needed. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the revenue cycle application implementation, ensuring successful go-live and providing post go-live support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meditech systems, project management, and a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of revenue cycle applications in Meditech, from planning through go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to assess workflow needs, develop implementation strategies, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live to address any issues and ensure smooth transition to the new system.
• Deliver ongoing post go-live support, including system optimization and troubleshooting.
• Ensure that all project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met, providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide documentation to support successful adoption of the new system.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Meditech revenue cycle modules (billing, claims, AR, etc.).
• Proven experience in project management for healthcare system implementations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with experience supporting go-live and post go-live activities.
