Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations:

• Oversee the daytoday management of a multifamily community ensuring smooth operations and toptier living conditions for all residents.
• Implement streamlined processes for rent collection lease administration and property upkeep prioritizing efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Track financial performance manage budgets and regularly assess profitability while ensuring costeffective decisionmaking.
• Ensure compliance with all housing laws regulations and industry standards adhering to all local state and federal requirements.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and support a dynamic team of property staff offering guidance and training to enhance professional growth.
• Hold regular meetings to align team objectives with company goals and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance provide ongoing coaching and foster a supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit train and retain highperforming staff members who align with company values.

Resident Relations and Community Engagement:

• Develop positive and longlasting relationships with residents by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open communication.
• Organize communitybuilding activities that promote resident involvement social interactions and a sense of belonging.
• Ensure the property remains safe clean and welcoming for all community members.
• Work with local partners and service providers to enhance the overall living experience for residents.

Marketing and Business Development:

• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates through various channels both online and offline.
• Build relationships with local businesses to increase visibility drive interest and boost community presence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor properties to identify opportunities to elevate the communitys offering and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Property Management Business Administration or a related field is an asset but not required.
• Proven experience in property management ideally with a focus on multifamily housing is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using property management software and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.
