You will be: - The Luxe Driver: Provide door-to-door service, safely transporting passengers to their destinations as requested through the Sendaride app.
- The Care Cruiser: Willing to go the extra mile, especially for riders in hard-to-reach locations or who have unique needs.
- A Map Maven: Use GPS and navigation tools to determine the best routes, maximizing ride efficiency and volume.
- A Communicator Extraordinaire: Clearly communicate with the Sendaride team regarding any trip concerns, delays, or other issues.
- The Record Rocker: Accurately log trip details in the Sendaride app, including start and end points, and trip duration.
- Timekeeper Titan: Meet Sendaride’s and client's expectations with 96% on-time ride performance.
- A Safety Savant: Put Safety and consideration of the needs of our Riders first, always.
Requirements: - Vehicle: Must have a clean, four-door vehicle, minivan, or SUV that is ten years old or newer and in excellent condition (no trucks)
- Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
- Communication: Must be able to hear, speak, and write English fluently.
- HIPAA Compliance: Follow all HIPAA guidelines and instructions while performing rides.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening and have excellent driving history. May be required to pass a drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the US
- Proof of personal auto insurance policy
- You must have a smart phone, either Android or IOS. For Android, the operating system must be version 14 or newer.
- Must complete service-related trainings
