About the Role: Nurse Practitioner - In-Home care

As a Nurse Practitioner at Easy Health, you will be at the forefront of delivering preventive care and educational services, directly engaging with members in the heart of their communities. This position offers the unique fulfillment of local travel and the opportunity of face-to-face interactions with members directly in the comfort of their homes.
You'll play a vital role in performing comprehensive assessments such as Annual Wellness & Quality Gap Care visits for our members in their homes.

We will be hiring in Virginia (Non-Metropolitan Areas) and would love the opportunity to speak with you. The applicants must be local and have reliable transportation for travel to at least one of these areas.
