OB/GYN Hospitalist Program (MD/DO)
• Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 6 minimum per month-
• Physicians can request up to 10 days that they do not want to work each month. The remaining 20-21 days are
the days are the days they will be scheduled within.
• ▪ Holiday: Work at least 2 holidays per year (1 major, 1 minor). Holiday Pay: Physician shall be compensated an
additional $600.00 per shift (7am7pm;7pm-7am) when working clinically on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve
(night shift), New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
• CME allowance? $3500 for FT
•State license/DEA renewal, Board re-Certs, Professional dues/affiliations/organizations paid/reimbursed
State License, DEA, and Board certs reimbursed. All other organizations can be reimbursed through BERA
• Compensation: $150 an hour
