Job Description

Job Title: Okta Admin/Developer
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Okta Admin/Developer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about identity and access management (IAM), zero-trust security, and working in a collaborative, innovative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and managing IAM processes and tools that empower secure, seamless access across a variety of platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and management of identity and access management systems with a focus on zero-trust security models.
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to identify and resolve dependencies in critical processes.
Customize, deploy, and maintain access management solutions, ensuring seamless integration across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges through debugging, research, and investigation to maintain system efficiency and security.
Required Skills:
Proven experience engineering identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Hands-on experience implementing Okta for identity management.
In-depth understanding of emerging authentication, authorization, and privilege access management technologies and protocols.
Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity/ForgeRock, and knowledge of industry standards like OpenID, OAuth, and SAML.
Preferred Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience working with IAM technologies.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
