**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** The role involves packaging small parts for side view mirrors used in semi-trucks and larger RVs. The packager will inspect parts, manage inventory to ensure accuracy, wrap and package components to complete orders. The position requires standing at a waist-high conveyor system, rolling completed boxes to the end of the conveyor. You will use a computer to locate purchase receipts, print labels, return parts for inventory, and enter completed parts. Additionally, you will count and weigh parts and occasionally lift between 25-30 lbs, with most packages weighing less than 10 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Inspect and package small parts for side view mirrors. + Manage inventory to ensure correct numbers. + Wrap and package components to complete orders. + Stand at a conveyor system and roll boxes to the end. + Use a computer to locate purchase receipts, print labels, and enter completed parts. + Count and weigh parts. + Occasionally lift packages between 25-30 lbs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management. + Proficiency in picking and using RF scanners. + Knowledge of warehouse operations. + Experience as an order picker. + Experience in shipping. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of warehouse experience. + 1 year of packaging experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller, family-oriented company with a fun culture. Enjoy a non-production setting focused on picking, packing, and shipping. The environment is not loud, with the only potential heat during summer. The team consists of 20 workers across production, warehouse, maintenance, and one operator. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
