Outside Golf Operations Manager
Golf Course in Bowling Green, Kentucky is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager.
Position Overview:
Responsible for ensuring a first-clarss experience for our members and guests. The position is also responsible for leading, managing and supervising all personnel, supplies and equipment assigned.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Oversee/Manage/Train the outside staff.
2. Responsible for entire golf cart operation.
3. Maintaining a clean work environment and bag room.
4. Maintain clean golf carts as well as the golf cart storage and bag storage areas.
5. Manage practice area operations.
Requirements:
Preferred 1-2 years of golf industry experience.
Should have good supervisory and leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
Good organizational and time management skills are also important to the position.
This employee should possess good human relations skills and be able to relate courteously and tactfully to a wide variety of personalities.
High School or College degree, with a preference for PGM (Professional Golf Management) education.
Possible desire to pursue PGA certification or have started “Class” A program.
