Job Overview
This role will play a crucial part in strengthening our agency's digital marketing capabilities by strategically managing and optimizing paid social media and Google advertising campaigns for a diverse set of clients. You'll help elevate our clients' success by complementing organic SEO strategies with targeted paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of PPC and paid social media channels.
Lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media, guiding campaigns from setup to execution and performance reporting.
Monitor and analyze campaign data, delivering regular insights to leadership.
Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient budget usage.
Implement budget tracking and forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
Conduct competitive research on products, markets, and competitor strategies alongside the media buying team.
Work with content teams to align organic social media efforts with paid media strategies.
Support client growth by implementing organic social media tactics when needed, while focusing primarily on paid media optimization.
Utilize AI tools to enhance targeting, performance, and campaign innovation.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and client success.
Education and Experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid media management (PPC and paid social).
Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Experience with organic social media management as a complement to paid media.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of paid media management experience, particularly in Facebook Ads, handling budgets over $150k.
Expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, paid social, and organic social media.
Proficiency in using AI tools for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive campaign improvements.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset for strategy and data analysis.
Skilled in budget management, forecasting, and maximizing ROI.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, HubSpot, and G Suite is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Ability to maintain positive, client-facing relationships and address challenges effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Salary range: $57,000 - $63,000, based on experience.
