Job Description

Works at NRA Range at Headquarters in Fairfax, VA.

The schedule varies from week to week. Range Officers must be able to work evenings, nights, days and weekend hours. Must be availble for day/afternoon/evening shifts Monday through Friday and weekend/holiday shifts. One shift per weekend is required.

Applicants must be eligible to have access to firearms and ammunition and should have range shooting experience. Preference given to those persons who have worked as Range Safety Officers or have training as such. NRA Certified Instructors and/or NRA Certified Trainers are welcomed.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and should have an interest in and support for the Second Amendment, Second Amendment issues, an understanding of NRA's mission, strong customer service and verbal skills, attention to detail and be willing to take direction. Firearms knowledge and experience necessary.
