Current physical education offerings include rock climbing on an indoor wall, personal fitness, and hiking, in addition to a sports-oriented PE class. Outdoor educational experience and state certification are preferred.
In addition, the position includes teaching one weekly section of health to Middle School students for one semester, as well as one weekly section of health to 9th graders for one semester. Assisting and/or leading a service learning group one time a week is also included in the schedule.
