#### **About the Role:**
At **AgencyCRM**, we help agencies and business owners simplify their operations through smart systems, automation, and innovative technology. As part of our growing tech team, we’re looking for a **Blockchain Developer** who is passionate about building secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain-based solutions.
You’ll work with our developers and project managers to create decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and other blockchain integrations that align with client needs and business goals.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and deploy **smart contracts** and **blockchain-based applications**.
* Work with popular blockchain platforms such as **Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon**, or others.
* Ensure **security, performance, and reliability** of blockchain solutions.
* Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate blockchain with existing systems.
* Research and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem.
#### **Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a **Blockchain Developer** or similar role.
* Strong understanding of **blockchain architecture**, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
* Proficiency in **Solidity, JavaScript, Python**, or similar programming languages.
* Experience with **smart contract development** and **testing frameworks** (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle).
* Knowledge of **web3.js, ethers.js**, or other blockchain libraries.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
