Additionally, the Print Lead will act as the primary owner of the vendor contract, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and daily workload commitments are met. Ideal candidates will combine technical depth with strong leadership and project execution capabilities, preferably backed by certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the enterprise print environment lead, with ownership of print infrastructure design, performance, and optimization. + Manage the vendor contract and act as the primary liaison for all MPS (Managed Print Services) vendor relationships, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance. + Oversee on-site Print Equipment Operators (PEOs) responsible for supply logistics, toner installation, and manual meter read collection; provide leadership, training, and alignment to operational standards. + Validate Vendor support and oversight of all HP and Konica Minolta print devices, including Security baseline configuration, diagnostics, and firmware management. + Use ServiceNow to monitor incidents, track asset lifecycle, enforce operational workflows, and generate performance reports. + Lead or contribute to project-based and Agile initiatives, such as print fleet refreshes, system integrations, or service model transformations. + Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and track initiatives across IT, procurement, and facilities teams. + Monitor vendor performance through regular reporting, QBRs, and escalation protocols; recommend penalties or service credits as applicable. + Analyze usage trends and recommend opportunities to optimize cost, improve user experience, and reduce downtime. + Ensure adherence to all compliance, audit, and security standards, including secure print practices and data protection policies. + Maintain up-to-date documentation, including SOPs, support guides, vendor workflows, and internal training resources. **Required Qualifications:** **BA degree and 10 years of experience.
