**Job Title: Process Operator** **Job Description** Join a leading Ethanol production company that supplies its product to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks each day, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency of the facility. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot on conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves. + Unload materials using a sit-down gas-powered forklift. + Check temperatures of bearings. + Implement Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. + Work with a DCS system to manage tasks and operations. + Enter data using Microsoft Word and Excel. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a Chemical Operator. + 5+ years of OSHA safety experience. + 3-5 years of LOTO experience. + 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with chemical handling, compounding, batch making, and fermentation. + 1+ year of forklift experience (training provided). + Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications. + 1-2 years of boiler operation experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, and a 401K with a 4% company match.
