Job Description

Product Designer
Location : New York, NY (In-office)
Salary : Up to $175,000/year
Experience : 3-10 years

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join a dynamic, fast-growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and refining the backbone of technical sales tools. Youll work on the overall product layout, design systems, and user experience with a deep focus on customer goals and requirements.

As part of a lean, high-performing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to product development and collaborate directly with leadership. This role requires in-person collaboration in the New York City office (FiDi).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the entire product layout and design system, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Design and implement advanced UI/UX features, including micro-interactions, animations, and responsive layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team and technical users to understand goals and optimize solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems or component libraries for consistency and scalability.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in interaction design, UI/UX design, and information architecture for SaaS products targeting technical users.
  • Strong expertise with React and Framer Motion , showcasing a portfolio of advanced UI/UX work.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, APIs, and API authentication.
  • Experience working with builder tools such as Retool, Webflow, Figma, etc.

Nice-to-Haves :

  • Passion for builder and design tools that enable technical sellers.
  • Experience with Framer Motion , React DnD Kit , or similar open-source contributions within the React ecosystem.
