Job Description

CaseMate is seeking a product design intern, preferably in their senior year and will be graduating this year. Interested in finding someone who can be mentored and potentially hired in the future. The internship is in office 2-3 days per week. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team with the creation of new collections, including researching trends, creating mood boards, and brainstorming concepts for upcoming seasons.
• Support the development of samples and prototypes by assisting with corrections and revisions.
• Help document meeting notes and feedback, and assist with tech packs.
• Provide general support to the design team, including preparing materials for presentations, organizing sample closets, and assisting with line sheets.

Qualifications

• Current or pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends is also essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary, as well as attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A
• creative mindset with a passion for fashion and design is highly valued.

Previous internship or work experience in fashion design is desirable but not required.
