Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our Network and Security Engineering products. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards and deliver measurable value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product lifecycle for Network and Security Engineering products, from concept to retirement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and other technology services, to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
Define and document product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
Create test plans for new products or product features, outlining desired outcomes and performance metrics.
Continuously monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to make data-driven decisions that enhance offerings.
Provide regular status updates to leadership on product performance, strategic direction, and market impact.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for network and security products.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly focused on network and security products.
Strong technical knowledge of networking and security technologies, including firewalls, remote access, DLP, SIEM, CSPM, DSPM, and cloud security.
Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles successfully.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus.
