Job Description

About OnRamp

We’re on a mission to redefine B2B customer onboarding.

OnRamp is helping commercial, mid-market, and enterprise businesses onboard and activate their customers faster and more efficiently. Our software makes it simple to guide customers step by step, keeping them engaged from day one, delivering value early, and setting the stage for long-term success. If you’re ready to help companies work smarter, improve customer outcomes, and create raving fans, we’d love to chat.

We've been working on this since 2019, and have customers like Anheuser-Busch, Cardinal Health, CommerceIQ, HHA Exchange and many more who are on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates who are the best at what they do join us.

This fully remote role is open to candidates across the U.S., with working hours primarily aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. Local candidates near our Boston, MA office have the option to work onsite.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate combines business acumen and technical expertise to drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role requires a proven ability to craft compelling messaging and technically accurate content, equip internal teams with go-to-market assets, and clearly showcase how our platform solves critical business and technical challenges while unlocking new opportunities for key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Positioning, Messaging & Strategic Narrative Management:

  • Define buyers within our ideal customer profile (ICP) and buying groups, highlighting key persona pain points, opportunities, and onboarding use cases.

  • Evolve the company’s strategic narrative and product messaging for consistency, relevance, and alignment with business goals.

  • Work closely with leadership, product/engineering, sales, and CS to craft impactful points of view that strengthen market authority and drive industry leadership.

  • Develop messaging that addresses the entire buyer journey: from awareness to selection (including proof points and objection-handling).

Feature Launch Event Management:

  • Lead feature launch events, including development of value props, feature/benefit statements, and supporting content (e.g. videos, blogs, demos, decks, and sales collateral).

  • Manage internal team readiness and external promotion efforts for smooth launches, tracking feature adoption to ensure success.

  • Collaborate with leadership on packaging/pricing strategies.

GTM Website Content, Product Assets & Campaigns:

  • Enhance website content for commercial, mid-market, and enterprise buyers, focusing on product, feature, and vertical-specific solutions.

  • Create product-related assets (e.g. written content, explainer videos, platform imagery, working with design resources as needed).

  • Partner with Growth Marketing to develop topics, themes, and messaging for integrated campaigns and channels across the entire buyer journey (demand gen, nurture, and selection).

  • Co-develop customer success stories that showcase business and product value.

Enablement & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Develop and maintain GTM tools (value props and messaging resources, battlecards, decks, ROI tools, and technical collateral).

  • Conduct competitive analysis to position OnRamp effectively in the market and create differentiated “Why OnRamp” narratives and supporting materials.

Skills & Toolset You'll Need To Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally familiar with go-to-market/post-sales tech stacks.

  • Strong business and technical acumen, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between the two.

  • A demonstrated history of leading successful product launches and enabling teams for success.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging.

  • Creativity and resourcefulness to develop innovative solutions in the face of ambiguity.

  • A creator’s mindset, thriving in collaborative, fast-paced, and early-stage environments.

  • Empathy for customers, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing their needs.

  • Driven, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results.
