Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee first-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support shift employees, ensuring adherence to production goals and safety standards.
• Analyze production schedules, work orders, and reports to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Oversee quality control, inspect materials/products, and address equipment malfunctions.
• Manage employee training, performance, and disciplinary actions in partnership with HR.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required; certifications or college degree a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including mechanical training and supervisory responsibilities and proficiency in blueprint reading and precision gauge usage.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for team collaboration and issue resolution.
• Results-driven leader ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually, exempt
• Eligible for annual bonus
