As a  Professional Quality , you will support a  Provider Enrollment team and contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission

  • Provide quality assurance and insights analysis on Provider Enrollment applications to ensure adherence to Federal and State policy guidelines.
  • Meet production and quality requirements established by our client for timely enrollment application processing; process and support complex provider enrollment requirements.
  • Use policy guidelines and criteria established by Federal and State agencies as well as departmental requirements to evaluate provider enrollment applications.
  • Participates in special projects, external audits and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Assists management defining and maintaining an effective and efficient quality program including developing and presenting associated training and familiarization to affected staff.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years working in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing required, 5 years of experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years performing quality assurance and analysis required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with proven experience utilizing various systems to collect and analyze data with expert MS Office experience, specifically to Excel and PowerPoint; ability to process complex provider enrollment issues.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a remote position for candidates living in the United States but outside Maine. Individuals who live within 1 hour of Augusta, Maine may have a hybrid schedule (work from home and office).
  • · Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • · Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.
  • · Most benefits start on the first day of employment
  • · To effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS

 

The pay range for this position is $40,300.00 - $57,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
