Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator to support our sales team and our clients. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams—including production, logistics, and sales—as well as external vendors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Order Management: Accurately receive and process orders from the sales team, entering them into our system with precision.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, providing timely updates and resolving issues effectively.
- Resource Tracking: Monitor materials, samples, and production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, and summaries for internal teams and clients.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Order Clarification: Proactively communicate with clients or sales managers to clarify order details as needed.
Qualifications - Experience: Prior experience in project coordination, ideally in manufacturing, merchandising, or a related industry. Customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a bonus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
