Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive the shaping, planning, and execution of the ITSS team’s major infrastructure projects.
• Ensure actions align with architecture and standards delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, risk, and change control, escalating issues as necessary.
• Coordinate the execution of the communication plan and participate in decision-making where appropriate.
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
• Partner with Mergers and Acquisition team members and drive related projects.
• Oversee vendor management for projects in scope.
• Collaborate with all infrastructure towers to ensure appropriate direction.

Experience Required

• 5+ years in IT Program/Project Management or Project Execution.
• Extensive experience managing IT projects/programs.
• Proven history demonstrating subject matter expertise in IT infrastructure including network, data center, and telephony technologies.
• Experience in execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, leading outsourced delivery teams.

Skills & Certifications

• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure including network, data center, telephony technologies, cloud compute & storage (e.g., Azure, Oracle, AWS), and infrastructure solution design.
• Excellent communication skills spanning several levels of leadership.
• Proficiency in IT Project Management Tools (MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow or equivalent).
• Project Risk/Issue/Change Management.
• Effective leadership and work delivery through others.
• Ability to manage in a complex environment.
• Vendor management.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar field of study/work experience.
• Planview experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Change Management.
